This newsletter project started at the Washington Post — in its previous iteration as Post Local. But the company eliminated my role as part of a mass layoff on Feb. 4.
I launched my Daily Dose the next day — to tell readers what had happened and continue building what I had started. In this newsletter, I’ll offer you comfort, joy and a sense of community — online and at events in real life.
